Kestrel, Snipe

Still very cold, -5°C. Most birds are apparently keeping a low profile, although the female Kestrel was perched by the side of the road again this morning, this time close to the road down to the Visitor Centre.  This time looking the other way, and possibly a better composition than the photos of a few days ago.

A single Snipe on the reserve was the only other bird of note.
