Around 45 Siskins in the tops of the alders at Hollingworth Lake

The thaw is starting.  A balmy 1°C this morning, with snow and sleet showers. Predictably very dull, with the highlights being around 45, maybe 50 Siskins in the tops of the alders, and a confiding Robin that posed in the snow on top of a wall.
