Redwings, Fieldfares, Fly Agaric

There have been quite a few Redwings coming through this week, and this morning was no exception, with several parties going over, in rather dull conditions.  However I saw my first Fieldfares of the autumn too, heading south over towards Shaw Moss.

The only other thing of note was of two or three Fly Agaric toadstools by the path between the Sea Cadet hut and Bib Knowl wall.  It's a shame I hadn't seen them previously, as by now they were getting a bit moth-eaten, but this is the first time I can recall ever seeing them locally.
