Teal, Kestrel
The weather's been a bit mixed this week, and with various appointments and such, I've not been round very often, though I did count 40+ Teal on the reserve on one day. Today there were rather fewer Teal, though some were beginning to approach the hide; they never quite come into proper range though, and the light today was rather poor, so the results are high ISO and somewhat grainy.
A Goldcrest and a Coal Tit were among a party of Long-tailed Tits moving through the willows in the Triangle.
Further round, a male Kestrel perched on some dead branches just over the wall at Bib Knowl Valley but again was quite distant.
