Greenfinch

Writing this a bit belatedly now, so not sure what else was around, but probably a few waders.  A small group of Greenfinch were calling from the trees along the edge of Rakewood Road, and I managed to get a few snaps, though most of them were dull immature birds, and I was looking up high into the trees, so not the best of photos.

At home, I was playing around with camera settings, and managed to get the attached photo of a Woodpigeon despite dull conditions, which goes to show you can get half decent photos sometimes.
