Mediterranean Gull, Linnets

As I was carrying out my usual scan of the gulls loafing on the exposed mud just off the overflow this morning, I suddenly realised that one of them was an adult winter Mediterranean Gull. It was paddling in the water and stuck around the whole time I was there. Whilst scanning, I could hear Linnets calling, and a quick scan revealed a couple just on the rocks at the edge of the water.
