4 Pink-footed Geese in the field at Clegg Hall, with a confiding pair of Goosander on the pool by the junction
Didn't see much around the lake this morning, but spurred on by the recent sightings of Pink-footed Geese at Clegg Hall Fields, decided to walk home by that route. A cold, stiff breeze was blowing, but 4 Pinkfeet were present in the field, visible from Branch Road. Further down the track at the pool by the junction, a pair of Goosander were quite confiding and nice to see, though I did get stuck in a heavy hailstorm during filming!
