Pink-footed Geese, Raven
A walk around today with Sam was once again relatively quiet, but as I reached the reserve along Rakewood Road, a party of Canada Geese were in the field; I always scan them for anything different and today there were three Pinkfeet with them. The photo only shows two birds, but there were three altogether.
Just as we reached the last leg of the clockwise journey, a Raven flew over our heads and called a couple of times. That's the only one I've seen locally all year.
