Long-tailed Tits, Redwings, Teal, Greenfinch

As I walked along the Lake bank this morning, a party of around 10 Long-tailed Tits were feeding in the bushes by the road, affording some opportunities to photograph at eye level. Typically they were very active and very hard to pin down but I did manage a few shots. Three Redwing were around again in the bushes behind the hide, and 22 Teal were on the reserve. Other than that the usual suspects were present, including 10 Cormorants and 174 Canada Geese. En route back to the house, just as I rounded the corner onto our street, a Greenfinch was feeding low down in a Rose Hip bush, and unusually for the species didn't seem bothered by me approaching - it just carried on feeding.
