Goldcrest, Coal Tit, Long-tailed Tits, Song Thrush

Birding has been poor over the last couple of weeks with hardly anything to see apart from the odd Bullfinch.  Today seemed a bit more lively though.  A few Long-tailed Tits fed at eye level by the path but defied photography, and a Goldcrest and a Coal Tit did likewise, but higher up.

Just before the hide, a Song Thrush was feeding in the field, and by sneaking up to the stone wall I was able to get some reasonable shots, although it's another one with a muddy bill!
