2 Kingfishers; Little Egret

As I approached the hide this morning in overcast conditions I was surprised to find it empty, and even more surprised to find two Kingfishers perched direclty in front of the hide, just a couple of yards away!  One flew off almost immediately but the other one stayed put and allowed me to spend some time getting the perfect (ish) shot; in fact it was still perched there when I had to leave in order to get back in time for work!

The Little Egret was also still around, catching tiny little fish.
