Wheatear, Speckled Wood, Heron, Buzzards over house

Fairly pleasant walk in the sunshine this morning - not much from the hide except a Grey Heron.  Just outside the hide was a Speckled Wood sunning itself.

Leaving the hide I spotted a small passerine on a distant post at the top of the field behind.  At first I thought it was a Wheatear, but later changed my mind to Whinchat after reviewing some photos.  However, subsequently I changed it back (after seeing someone post similar photos to the RBA App) and am confident now it was a Wheatear.

Back home, I heard Buzzard calling and looked up to find three Buzzards circling high overhead in the blue sky.

In the afternoon went to visit Dad in Congleton, where a Brimstone was present in the back garden; first one I've seen for a while.
