24 Whooper Swans

Alan had found a reasonable party of Whooper Swans yesterday but I couldn't get out.  I went first thing this morning but there was no sign.  At 09:58 Simon reported 24 on the lake; typical!  Luckily I was able to sneak out of work for an early lunch and catch up with them though it was blowing a gale and absolutely freezing!
