43 Whooper Swans

Received a WhatsApp message from Simon at 07:56 to say there were 43 Whooper Swans at the lake.  Fortunately they were still there when I got dropped off by Joanne. Weather was a bit hazy and it was difficult to get all the birds in frame at once, but they stayed until I left at 09:30 (and were still present at 12:30 according to Andrew).  It later transpired (via X) that there had been 43 at Elton Res yesterday evening, so most likely the same group.
