probable Reed Warbler (h)
It was sunny when I woke up but by the time I got going a heavy mist had fallen and it had gone rather cool. Nothing much to report but when I reached just beyond the Pavilion Cafe, I heard a quiet warbling from the bushes at the edge of the lake. I'm pretty sure it was Reed Warbler. It sang in short bursts about 4 or 5 times, the last time a little further on towards the Sea Cadets hut, but then it went quiet and I couldn't relocate it.
