Great & Snowy Egret, Little Blue Heron, Roseate Spoonbill, Brown Pelican, Osprey, Royal Tern, Chimney Swift, Downy & Red-bellied Woodpecker, Northern Parula, Northern Cardinal, Gray Catbird, Carolina Wren (heard only).

We hung around the digs this morning, as there was a scheduled Starlink rocket launch planned.  First thing there was a Spotted Sandpiper on the dock area again and lots of heron movement just offshore. The launch ended up getting delayed a couple of times, so I had a couple of expeditions around the gardens again, catching up with Northern Parula and Gray Catbird again.  I also came across a couple of Spinybacked Orbweaver spiders in their webs. A nice adult Brown Pelican sat on the ropes of the dock, but was against the light.  As we waited for the launch, a Dolphin swam around the end of the dock, but I only managed to capture its fin. The launch itself was quite spectacular, although I missed the start, as I was looking in the wrong spot!  There's some video of it on my YouTube channel.
