Pair Gadwall, 2 Common Sandpiper, 2 Oystercatchers, Buzzard, Little Ringed Plover, Blackcap

Went round on bike this morning; a bit less cool than of late but still hazy.  Fairly quiet, but 2 Common Sandpipers flushed from the stony edge along Hollingworth Road, later on the reserve.  2 Oystercatchers were on the boat launching slip by the Hollingworth Road car park and later presumably the same two flew over, calling.  Not much on the reserve other than a few teal and the pair of Gadwall, though the Common Sandpipers appeared, visible from the hide. A male blackcap was foraging on the big hedge, but not singing.

As I passed the Scout hut, a buzzard flew over, mobbed by crows.
