2 drake Wigeon, pair of Gadwall, one or two Dunlin, 2 Little Ringed Plover, Redshank, Common Sandpiper

Another quick whiz round on the bike this morning revealed a nice couple of drake Wigeon asleep on the mud; from the hide a pair of Gadwall were visible, along with a Redshank.  I could see at least one Dunlin, possibly two on the shallow exposed mud extending from the reserve.

Called in briefly on the way home from work for a quick scan by the road - a couple of fem/imm Goosander, and probably the same two Dunlin as previously.  Also a Common Sandpiper.
